All water provided by the District is provided through either the Uniform Water Sale & Purchase Agreement or Surplus Water Agreement. If you are interest in becoming a customer please contact the District for more information.

APPLICATION:

MAIN CONTRACT:

The District will issue the Uniform Water Sale & Purchase Agreement when an application is approved:

In May of 2025, the District Board approved an updated Uniform Water Sale & Purchase Agreement. For current customers, an Amendment to the UWS&PA was approved which conveniently outlines the changes:

ADDENDUMS TO CONTRACT:

Current customers can use this form to temporarily add changes being requested in the Districts 2025 Change Petition to the State Water Resources Control Board:

Current customers will be issued this form when they volunteer to transfer unneeded contracted water on an annual basis to be offered as District Surplus water:
